AIR REPORT
(Rec. September 19, 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, September 18 Sir Douglas Haig reports 45 hosme aeroplanes were downed by us. 20 driven down and 16 British are missing. A raid on Mannheim had excellent results. Three machines failed to return. -, We also bombed places in and around Metz, Sablons, Troves and Frankfurt. Three machines are missing. In 30 days, GO tons of bombs were dropped^ on enemy places.
