(Rec. Sept. .1(5, 7 p.m.) PARIS, Sept. 15. . British war correspondents in France gave a luncheon to the overseas journalists. Many well-known Frenchmen were present. Lorcl Derby expressed the hope that the overseas editors, when they leturned home, would emphasise the horrors of war, and so prevent a recrudescence of the terrible evil. The future of journalism, he said, lay in advocating the' substitution of right for military autocracy. Mr. Mackintosh and Mr. Geddis, M.L.C., responded.
