(Rec. September 16, 9.40 p.m.) MELBOURNE, September 16. Negotiations have been completed to enable seven thousand^ of the 1914 Anzacs to visit Australia during the autumn, returning to the front, for the spring:. The first party, approximating 800, are to leave immediately.
