Sir, — I wish to .brinsy under the notice: of the police the carryings on of a -certain gang of youth who congregate in different portion s.^of the -toivn during the evenings. ;' Being- a visitor to the to\TO of Greymouth I had occasion to visit one .of its most popular (reserves (Children' s Park ) duringwhich itime I was subjected -to a great deal of -annoyance by - the vile language and disgraceful, tactics of some twentyhoodlums.' The of a nian^ in blue would, no doub ; t, have a marked effect on these youths' conduct 'and it is to be hoped ithe police will make it their duty to, prevent .a re-occur-rence of this disgraceful conduct.— l am.etc... ■
