The half yearly sittings of the Westland Supreme Court will be held # at Hokitika before his Honor Justice Denniston, commencing on Thursday next at 11 a.m. The following criminal business is set down for hearing, there ibeing no civil husiness yet set down: — CRIMINAL. Rex v Harry Guy, false pretence* at Greymouth. -Pleaded guilty in lower Court and coming up for sentence. Rex v T. R. Jones, robbery with violence at Cronadun. Rex v Alex McClennan, theft lit Otira. Rex v Chas Montague, .breaking and entering at Ngahere at night with intent to commit a, crime. Rex v James Radcliffe, false preences at Hokitika. Pleaded guilty .in lower Court Und coming aipofr sentence.
