May 23 The British submarine L 23 was-to-day rammed by the trawler Lord Davidson in a thick fog seven miles off Kfnnaird Head, Aberdeenshire. . , Fortunately the damage was only slight, and the submarine reported that although she was making water slightly she needed no assistance. She was escorted to Rqsyth.
The L 23 is a vessel of 760 tons iwitb a complement of: about 30 men.
