LONDON, Oct. 22.
Viscount Ennismore, heir to Ear) Listowel, announces that he desires to ho known as Air AV ,’F. Hare, the family name, “because of the servility given to titles, to which I ol> jeet. When one is plain ‘Air’ one’s conscience is clear. Aline is a courtesy title, which is different to others. The real distinction between men is not their titles, but their character. I feel that I have been carrying a lie about with me. I am not a man of real distinction.”
Lady Listowel regards her son’s decision as a purely private matter.
