EVERYBODYS THEATRE
DOUGLAS MacLEAN IX “GOING UP” ; FINAL SHOWING TO-NIGHT
While “Going Up” has one laughing, until the tears course down the checks, the heart goes pit-a-pat at the thrilling love story that rides high and far on the plane of romance driven by Douglas Mac-Lean. As the famous author of the popular book on flying, Mac Lean makes the role of Robert Street unusually vibrant and impressionable. He falls in love with Grace Douglas, portrayed by Marjorie' Daw, and in order to win her must ttv a match race against the peer of ■'ll French aviators, Jules Gaillard. Up he goes to dizzy heights, performs astounding and amazing stunts with his machine and makes Gaillarcl, played by Francis McDonald, look likq a beginner instead of a champion.* Street comes down and his aeroplane is wrecked by contact with a tree, but he is all'right excepting his bedraggled and unkempt appearance. “Going Up,” also the picture in support, will be shown finally to-night.
