BOY SCOUTS FOR LONDON.
FAREWELL TO ARAM 7 A PATROL.
WELLINGTON, June 3. The departing Boy Scouts by the Arawa were farewelled by a large gathering of Boy Scouts and others interested, including General Andrews, the Hon. Chief Commissioner for New Zealand, Air. H. A. Amos, Major Firby (General Dominion Secretary). and Mr. Eric Lawson (Wellington; seer'etary). The following telegram to the Arawa patrol was received from His Excellency the Governor-General (Lord Jellicoe). Dominion Chief Scout‘My warmest wishes to the representatives of the New Zealand Scouts who are leaving for the Empire rally in England. I am confident that they will worthily uphold the honor of the Scouts of the Dominion, and I hope that their visit’will be full of interest and enjoyment. Kia Ora. —Jellicioe, Chief Scout.”—P.A.
