watapu council. ONLY ONE ALTERATION. WAIPIRO RAY. Ala.v 10. Very heavy rain fell preceding and during the election. The rivers and ireeks being high, prevented a portion of the electors voting. f l he results were:— TOKOAIARU RAY. Messrs •). E- Williams and J. Busby were returned unopposed for Tokoniaru riding.
