TURKEY’S TERMS TO ITALY.
PROPOSED DIVISION OF TRIPOLI. [INDEPENDENT PRESS CABLE.! CONSTANTINOPLE. Sent. 3. Although nothiiiv- definite has transpired regarding the instructions issued by the Government- to the delegates entrusted with the peace negotiations with Italy, it is believed that Turkey’s proposal will be that the hinterland of Tripoli, with an outlet to the Mediterranean, should he left in her possession, and that the rest of the territory, including the coastline, should be taken by Italy. Diplomatic circles have fears tor the success of such a scheme. In any case nothing definite is expected to be done until after the forthcoming Parliament ary elections.
