The suffragettes who are now undergoing imprisonment in connection with the outbreak of violence during Mr. Asquith's visit to Dublin, and who. last week started a hunger strike, are still being compelled to submit- to the process of forcible feeding The Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland has refused to grant a netition for the release of Mary Leigh, the woman who was sentenced to five rears for hurling a hatchet at the Prime Minister's head, and whose- health is causing some anxiety.
