VISIT TO WH AN G ARE I. Press Association. WHAN GAR El, Feb. 24. The Premier with Lady Ward arrived at Wliangarei from Auckland very early this morning. Deputations dealing with North Auckland railways, Grahanistown to Kawakawa railway extension, and matters of local interest were received at 10 a.m. In the afternoon the Premier laid the foundation stone of the new Presbyterian Church, and delivers a political speech to-night.
