(Per P*ess Association.) "Wellington, last night. At a mooting of public school teachers thi3 evening tho following resolution was agreed to : “ That the teachers of Wellington educational district desire to congratulate the Minister for Education on the introduction of tho Toachers’ Superannuation Bill, and regard with satisfaction tho provisions therein made for new entrants, and for original members under 30 yearß of age. While rogrotting that Government cannot scei t 3 way to increaeo the minimum of 52 to old teachers past or approaching the ago for retirement, or to lower the retiring age of women to 50 years, they cordially recognise the difficulties of the position, and heartily welcome tho relief afforded.”
