. RESULT OF DRINK. (By Telegraph—Press Association.] Wellington, last night. At an inquest to-day on the man Penington, who was run over by a cab while lying in the right-of-way leading to a stable, a verdict was returned of accidental death, no blame being attached to the owner of the cab. The man was stupefied with drink when taken to the hospital, and death was accelerated by his alcoholic condition.
