REEF THREE FEET WIDE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) Auckland, last night. It is stated that a reef three feet wide, the richest ever worked in the district, has been discovered in Hardy’s Premier Mines, Waiorongomai, Te Aroha. This may prove a find of the utmost importance to Te Aroha district, as there are plenty of i-eefs about, but hitherto there has been a comparative absence of any really rich discoveries, and that fact has served to cheek anything like systematic prospecting.
