HOW WELLINGTON TREATED THE VISITORS.

[By Telegraph—Pross Association.] AVollington, last night. The weather was beautifully lino for the reception of tho Indian troops. Tho local volunteers paraded, and escorted tho visitors through tho town, the Horetaunga Mounted Rifles leading. Groat crowds assembled in tho streets, and cheered tho troops as they passed. A squaro was afterwards formed at tho band rotunda at Jorvois quay, and speeches wore made by tho Premier and Mayor. The troops wero again marched through tho streets, and returned to tho Dalhousic, which leaves for Nelson at midnight.
