By Telegraph—Per Press Association, Napior, last night.

Trooper Petersen, ono of the returned members of tho Fourth Contingent, and who was injured by the British after escaping from tho Boers at Nooitgedaclit, has been accepted for the Seventh Contingent. The ten men chosen left for Wellington this morning. Nearly one hundred applications wcl'c received for enrolment.
