Norwegian Ship Sinks After Collision
(11 a.m.) LONDON, July 25. The Norwegian freighter Songa, of 2066 tons, sank early today after a collision with the Polish steamer Baltik, of 7000 tons, in the Scheldt estuary, says the Associated Press correspondent at Flushing. The Songa, which was lying in Flushing roads for minor repair when the collision occurred, sank in two hours. There were no casualties among the crew of 33 which included three women.
