GOOD SHOOTING BY NOVICES AT RIFLE CLUB’S SERIES
Tile first round of the No. 4 Trophy series was fired by members of the Gisborne Miniature Rifle Club at the range on Saturday evening. A feature was the excellent scoring of two novice (C Grade) competitors, R. T. Harper, with 97.6, and Mrs. Adams with 95.5. These scores compare favourably with those returned by the A and B Grade members. F. J. Jeune returned the best target of the evening with 99.7, while B. Clark topped the B Grade with a score of 96.3.
