REMAND FOR WEEK OF CHARGE OF ASSAULT
(P.A.) NAPIER, April 5. George William Arthur Henderson, aged 30 years, a millhand, was charged in the Napier Police Court this morning with assaulting Miss Joy Corbett, aged 18, a domestic, at Tarawera on Sunday with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
He was remanded to appear on April 12.
The police stated that the girl was still in a serious condition in the Napier Hospital
