HUNGARY’S CHARGES AGAINST YUGOSLAVS

(10 a.m.) BUDAPEST, Feb.. 15. The Hungarian Government published a Note accusing the Yugoslav military authorities of having provoked frontier incidents. The Note, dated February 14, replied to the Yugoslav "Note protesting at the failure of the Eastern nations to invite Yugoslavia to join the recently formed Council of Economic Assistance in Moscow. The Note also alleges that Yugoslav diplomats have' been engaged in espionage activity in Hungary.
