GERMAN RED LEADER’S APPEAL FAILS
LONDON, Feb. 9. The British regional Supreme Court of Appeal, at Dusseldorf, rejected the appeal of the Communist leader, Max Reimann, against the sentence of three months’ imprisonment passed on him on February 1, for calling in a speech for discrimination against pro-Western politicians.
