CHINESE REDS' PEACE TERMS REJECTED
SHANGHAI, Feb. 9. General Teng Wen-yi, the Chinese Defence Ministry spokesman, rejected the Communist proposals for a regional peace, describing them as “nothing but a farce.” General Teng stressed that the Government was willing to accept peace on three fundamental principles:— 1.
