NEW SALVATION ARMY CAPTAIN APPOINTED TO NAPIER STATION
(P.A.) _ AUCKLAND, Feb. 8. Captain Howard Orsborn, a son of the international leader of the Salvation Army, and his wife arrived by the Aorangi today. Captain Orsborn is to take charge of Salvation Army work in Napier.
