SOVIET HISTORY A “BEST SELLER”
MOSCOW, Sept. 29. Ten years after its first appearance the Soviet Communist Party’s “History of the Communist Party of the Communist Union —a Short Course” to which Marshal Stalin contributed the chapter on Marxist philosophy has reached a circulation of more than 34,000 000 copies. The Soviet Literary Gazette, which announced this, added that the work had run into 203 editions.
