POLICE BREAK UP CATHOLICS 5 RALLY

(11.30 a.m.) BUDAPEST, June 14. Police armed with machine-guns arrested 14 alleged Fascists and broke up a demonstration attended by thousands of Catholics protesting against the Government’s decision to nationalise the church schools on June 18. A Government statement accuses the Catholic Church of deliberately inciting the demonstration.
