SERIOUS INJURIES TO MOTOR-CYCLIST

(P.A.) ROTORUA, June 12.

Severe head injuries were suffered by Mr David Morgan, aged 42, married, Rotorua, when a motor-cycle he was riding struck a tree at the corner of Amahau and Fenton streets about 12.30 this morning. His wife, who was riding on the pillion, jumped clear just before the accident.

He was admitted to hospital and his condition is serious.
