MR. MARSHALL'S VISIT

PAN-AMERICAN CONGRESS (10 a.m.) WASHINGTON, March 22. The State Department announced today that the Secretary of State, Mr. George Marshall, would leave next week-end for the Inter-American conference opening at Bogota, Colombia, on March 30. Mr. Marshall is planning to stay throughout the conference which is expected to last six weeks. The American press had speculated that Mr. Marshall might change hia plans because of the tense situation in Europe. ________________
