OFFERS DISAPPOINT
TARIFF CONCESSIONS ((1.45 a.m.) GENEVA, April 23. According to official sources, the Britis'h delegation to the International Trade Conference is disappointed by the offers of tariff reductions it has received from the United States during the talks today between the two countries. The delegates generally agree that “everyone asked for too much and offered too little.”
