STATE COUNSELLORS
DUKE AND PRINCESS LONDON, Jan. 28. It is officially announced that the Duke of Gloucester, the Princess Royal and Viscount Lascelles have been appointed as Counsellors of State for the duration of the absence in South Africa of the King and Queen.
