ARRIVALS AT SYDNEY VOYAGE FROM SHANGHAI (9 a.m.) SYDNEY, Jan. 29. Some have more than 10001 b. of baggage, which includes clothing, household equipment, furniture, pictures and kitchen utensils. There is one young Jewish stowaway who crept aboard at Shanghai and who may not be allowed to land.
