FURTHER_DETAILS DISCOVERY OF FILMS CLOSE-UPS OF HITLER LONDON, Dec. 19. The United States Army has dug up from a secret hiding place in the Bavarian mountains 31 reels of movim, films belonging to Eva Braun and showing intimate new details of her life with Hitler, says the British United Press’ correspondent in Frankfurt. The films include one of German bathing beauties, including Eva’s sister, gambolling in the nude under a Bavarian waterfall and hitherto unrecorded scenes of gay parties at Berchtesgaden in technicolour. Eva Braun is seen several times m bathing suits diving, surfing and doing evmnastics. She is also shown playfully cuddling important Nazis on the terraces of Berchtesgaden. . Close-ups of Hitler show him worried and nervous and sometimes limping and leaning on a stick and also raving at Himmler, von Ribbentrop and Goering. .. .. ~ American intelligence police said the films had been used in the search for wanted Nazis and positive identification of hundreds of members of Hitlers entourage.
