DUTCH DISCUSSIONS LONDON, Dec. 19. Commenting on Dutch reports that discussions are to be held in January at The Hague for a trade agreement between the Netherlands and the British and American zones of Germany, The Times’ diplomatic correspondent points out that this would be one of the first practical consequences of the AngloAmerican agreement, with its emphasis on the relaxation of barriers to trade with Germany. The Dutch, he says, are believed to be ready to import from the British and American zones in the coming year goods and services to a considerable value, paying for them partly with exports and partly with dollars.. If this programme could be fulfilled, the first step would have been taken towards making Germany pay for her own economy, adds (he correspondent.
