SOVIET TO TREBLE OUTPUT ATOMIC POWER RESEARCH (9 am) LONDON, March 25. The Moscow radio announced that under the new five-year plan, Russia will treble her oil output in the Lrals by 1950. Vavilov, writing in the Moscow paper Izvestia. The draft plan, which is far from complete, provides for 50 new building projects and 60 expeditions, including a large-scale one to the northern Pacific.
