BOSTON NIGHT CLUB FIRE I 74 PATIENTS IN HOSPITAL (10.30 a.m.) BOSTON, Dec. 3. The Public Safety Committee announced that the death roll in the Coconut Grove night club fire has reached 490. Only three bodies have not been identified. Of the 174 injured in hospitals, at least 35 have developed pneumonia through the inhalation of smoke and hot air during the holocaust.
