ISSUE THIS MONTH COUPONS FOR CLOTHES (P.A.) WELLINGTON, this day. The issue of new' 1 ration book?,, including the second period or the clothing rationing coupons, will begin on October 19, six weeks earlier than „• originally intended. The earlier issue is being made on the representations of the clothing trade to eriable the public to purchase seasonal goods. Twenty-six coupons will be issued, making 52 for the period to May next.
