Young; "J. Morris and B. Te Aho: The Prirnary'Production " Council’s appeal 'for H. OR Haenga, shearer, was dismissed. Other cases in which the employer was successful in obtaining the board’s recommendation for release until January 15, 1943, were as follows: K. Kiwha, shearer (appeal by West Williams); L.‘ J. Richardson; shearer, and S. Donaldson, pressmqn (R. H. Twistleton); J. Horsfall, woolpresser (T. Smiler) avid H. T. Haami, pressman (Rangi Jones). Camp release was rfecbmmended for a period of three months in the case of P. F. Hollis, farrier, appealed'for ' by the National Primary Production Council. > • ; • ". The decision on an appeal by H. Mahuika for the release from camp of Nak Mahuika, farm labourer, was held over.
