SABOTAGE IN FRANCE
STOPPAGE OF FACTORIES (9 a.m.) "LONDON, Aug. 13. The Germans have sent 50 people to a concentration camp after acts or sabotage in various towns in the Hainault Province, including the destruction of electricity installations, involving the stoppage of factories. All radio sets in the town have been confiscated, and entertainments within a four-mile radius of the towns closed down.
