MEXICAN OIL DEAL
TERMS NOT ACCEPTABLE (Reed. Nov. 24. 9.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, Nov. 23. Mr. W. S. Farish, president of the Standard Oil Company, said it was impossible for the company to accept Mexico’s oil settlement proposal because it “purports to validate the original confiscation which violated international law and thereby jeopardises foreign investments.”
