CLASHES IN PARIS
POLICE OPEN FIRE (Reed. Aug. 15, 3 p.m.) VICHY, Aug. 14. Paris newspapers reveal that the police yesterday fired on demonstrators at Saint Denis and wounded some. Sixteen were arrested at the main railway station. The. outbreak began in a workers’ suburb.
