SUMMERTIME PLAN
THROUGHOUT THE YEAR REGULATION PENDING (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Replying to a question to-day, the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. P. Fraser, .said that a regulation providing for the extension of the half-hour of summertime throughout the year would be brought down shortly.
