STRONG PROTEST
OUT-PATIENT TREATMENT AGREEMENT OPPOSED (Pur Press Association.) PALMERSTON N„ this day. Following a discussion in committee, the Palmerston North Hospital Board decided yesterday to enter an emphatic protest against the manner in which the agreement was made between the Minister of Health and the Hospital Boards’ Association regarding out-patient treatment under the social security scheme and requesting the association to call a conference so that the proposals could be openly discussed by members of the association at a properly constituted meeting.
