NEGOTIATION OFFER
CLAIMS BY THAILAND INDO-CHINA TERRITORY (Klee. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Dec. 16, 2 p.m.) BANGKOK, Dec. 15. The Thai Government has announced its willingness to negotiate a settlement “by peaceful means” on the question of French Indo-China territories which Thailand has demanded. The Thai Government has requested Indo-China to send a French commission to Bangkok. The Thai communique says the French planes dropped incendiary bombs on Sholnakern and Mukdahorn.
