MEETING THE ENEMY
SOUTH AFRICAN ADVICE (Reed. May 27, 9 a.m.) CAPETOWN. May 26. The South African Prime Minister, General J. C. Smuts, in a speech said that South Africans could not wait until the enemy was actually upon them. It was necessary to go out to meet the enemy wherever he could be found.
