NORTH SEA COAST WARNING TO SHIPPING (Reed. .Mav 11. noon.) LONDON, May 10. The Berlin radio at 9.20 p.m. announced that in order to safeguard German troops against enemy operations. mines had been laid outside all Netherlands and Belgian ports. Shipping was advised to be careful in approaching these harbours.
