SOVIET WARNS POWERS TALKS WITH YUGOSLAVS ißced. Mav 11. 9 a.m.) LONDON. May 10. The Sofia correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain says that Soviet diplomats state that Russia has warned Britain, France. Germany and Italy that she will not tolerate any Balkan adventure. Reports are growing in the Balkans that Russian-Yugoslav military talks are omening soon, taut Russia is believed to be keener for rapprochement than Yugoslavia.
