(Reed. Oct. 21, 9 a.m.) STOCKHOLM, Oct. 19. The conference of representatives >f the Nordic nations again declared their neutrality in the present war aid emphasised the peade efforts ol he Oslo Powers.

The conference also affirmed its continued readiness to render any service in conciliation. It declared that lie Nordic nations would maintain heir traditional trade relations with ill sides and added that Denmark, Iceland, Finland, Norway and Sweden, .vould follow the same principles as hose operating during the Great War. No reference was made to Finland's position regarding Russia.
