IMPERIAL WAR PENSIONS
WELLINGTON, This Day P.A’.).—Mr H. F. Calder, recently appointed British Ministry of Pensions representative in Australia and New Zealand will make a detailed tour of - New Zealand next month, it w’as announced today. The visit, it is pointed out, is opportune, as' Imperial ex-servicemen of the Second World War whose pension appeals were disallowed before October 1, 1946, have the right to have their cases reconsidered by a special review tribunal, provided the application for review is lodged before November 30 next. The Secretary for War Pensions will arrange any desired appointments with Mr Calder concerning Imperial pension matters.
