GERMANS WARNED: ELECTION METHODS
LONDON, August 2 (Rec. 2 p.m.). The British United Press Berlin correspondent 1 says that General Bishop, British Military Governor for the Ruhr, said in Dusseldorf today that election speeches charging the Allies with unjust dismantling and charging . the British with Nazi methods would be examined closely.
He warned that German newspapers which continued to. slander the British dismantling policy may have their licences withdrawn.
